Hi: We are taking our annual xmas family vacation this year at the Pardissus Riviera Maya. For the past 5 years we have always gone to the Iberostar and enjoyed it. We wanted a better kids club. We are 22 adults and 8 children under the age of 6. We have always been able to, through our travel agent, make advance dinner reservations due to our number. WE want to be able to eat together. Our travel agent has had no response from the Paradisus. this is very frustrating. We don’t want to have aggravation upon arrival and not be able to book these dinners. Also we wanted to know the most convenient building to stay in close to the beach and the childrens pool and any area with kids equipment? We also want to make sure to be together in the same building and have rooms on the first floor so we don’t have to drag strollers up flights of steps. What is Xplore? Thank you Stephanie Kreiner

To answer your question, yes you can buy Pampers Diapers. They can be purchased at the small kiddies gift and supply shop at the Kids Club at Paradisus Punta Cana
Just be prepared to pay about $30 per pack , I suggest to bring a supply and use them for emergencies.

I am looking for a map showing the layout of the Paradisus Punta Cana, specifically showing locations of Reserve suites, Royal Service suites and standard resort suites. Didn’t see anything in the web site e-brochure. If one is available, can it be sent by e-mail.
I will be traveling to Paradisus Punta Cana in January with an infant who will be 13 months at the time of travel. I am wondering if there is a market or store where I could purchase diapers and what brands the store carries? I just was not sure if I should pack diapers for the entire length of time we will be at the resort because that will take up a lot of room in our luggage. Thank you for your help.

We are arriving at Playa Conchal on Sunday September 6th for our Honeymoon! This will be our first trip to Costa Rica. We emailed the resort about transportation, and promptly received a reply from a local cab company that has a counter at the resort. We haven’t even arrived yet, and we are already pleased with the prompt service!
We have read great things about your restaurants, how wonderful the Royal Service Program is, the kindness of your staff, and the beautiful landscape. We can’t wait to start our Honeymoon!

I have been to the Palma Real and I can’t explain how great the food, service and people are there. They are so friendly and from all the greatness it makes you want to go back.
