my issues are with the travel agent that assured us that this would be a quite, private, vacation with superior accomdations, food and service. They were way off the mark, our concierge is trying her best,
but again. . . we were mislead.

we are actually here at the hotel now.
the service at the restaurant’s is really misguided, probably the worst I have experiances in 10+ years of inclusive resorts. Alot of staff milling around with no direction! The grounds are beautiful as is our room. Come for the beach and the beauty,certainly not the food and its many restaurants. I have ask? Has the Chef ever tasted what his cooks serve? horrfic salt overload in all restaurants and no one really cares if you enjoyed or not.Oh well, we will know better and certainly not come back. we stayed at the Mayan Riviera property last year, superior in all ways

I would like some clarification As a owner of a deluxe superior suite /Royale Service in Punta Cana I was looking to visit PLaya Conchal and was told told that i would only be given a hotel unit as a room I am disapointed that after numerous visits to Punta Cana and always Booked Royale Service that this is only available at an extra cost and only if the Resort wishes to provide it to me can some one from the Market team explain after being a member for a number of years now that i want to visit another resort I feel like i am being charged an additional fee I am disapointed by this i hate to use the word SCAM but this is what I am feeling

Would you be able to send me menus for the restaurants? Only the restaurants at the Reserve have menus listed. Also, you mentioned market grill is open for breakfast/lunch, is it no longer opened for ala cart dinner? Additionally, i know room service is available 24hrs, but are there any places to get a late night snack if you’re not in your room?

My son just made One Bedroom Master Suite reservations at the Reserve Paradisus Palma Real in May 2010 through RCI Wyndham. This is their honeymoon. If he brings a copy of their marriage certificate, will they receive the The Glow Honeymoon Package?
Also…What perks, besides personal butler, does the Royal Service have that they don’t already get at the Reserve?
And…we have read that the Reserve rooms are NOT Oceanfront. Is that correct? If so, what rooms have a view of the beach…that at least you can sit-out and see and hear the ocean? The Resort looks fabulous…they can’t wait to arrive!!! Would Appreciate a Prompt Reply. Thank You.

Is market grill at paradisus palma real a ala cart restaurant or a buffet? What ala cart restaurants are open for lunch and for late night snacks?

We are coming down to the Palma Real Resort on Sat and my question is: Does the golf club rental charge apply each time you golf or for the week? Also, do you have left handed clubs?
