Anakaona Tiki Punch

Anakaona Tiki Punch is the newest cocktail by resident mixologist, Miguel F. Lancha. Made especially for Paradisus Palma Real’s lobby bar, Anakaona is a tribute to the tropics and the vibe at the resort. This libation is made with ingredients unique to area and local culture.


Glassware: tiki tumbler (with crushed ice)
Method: shaken
Garnish: 2 pineapple leaves + 1 flower
40 ml vanilla infused vodka
15 ml chili infused vodka
60 ml pineapple juice
30 ml grapefruit juice
15 ml cinnamon syrup (1:1)
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
