Alot of staff milling around with no direction! The grounds are beautiful as is our room. Come for the beach and the beauty,certainly not the food and its many restaurants. I have ask? Has the Chef ever tasted what his cooks serve? horrfic salt overload in all restaurants and no one really cares if you enjoyed or not.Oh well, we will know better and certainly not come back. we stayed at the Mayan Riviera property last year, superior in all ways we are actually here at the hotel now.
